Pilates Class 233
Amy calls this class “my morning class”. It is structured in a way that allows you to explore your body, warm your parts up, and wake it all up. The pace of the class is moderate and Amy pauses a lot in between exercises to offer new ways to feel the body, but the exercises themselves are pretty advanced and demanding and they will require your full attention!

Love the class: the long warm-up loosens my back enough for the rolling exercises. A couple of the exercises are more advanced than I am, so I've modified those but this is going to become my go-to when I have 60 minutes

This is a great class to just focus on your pilates work and distress from the world outside. A head to toe feel good hour of joy.

my third or fourth time doing this class and it's still really tough! but I feel better for it!
