Pilates Class 164
An early Intermediate level classical mat class including the full hand weight sequence at the end (can be done with small cans or even without weights). The class isn't quite 45 minutes but it is vigorous enough so we know you would not mind it.

Really enjoyed this class, first thing in the morning to set my day up. I'm not very flexible in the hips and back, I will be doing this class again and again. thanks very much. Good clear instructions. Just right kind of intermediate class for me for the level at now.

Good class. I think it would help if you are familiar with intermediate exercises beforehand as the transition between them is quiet fast. Next time I do this class I will be more prepared for the vigor!
