Yin Yoga Class 1354
A slow and gentle practice that will help you release tension from the legs and lower back area as well as serve as an opportunity for an enquiry into the quality of your breathing as foundation for your practice. You will benefit from having a Yoga belt (or any other belt…) and a few cushions for this class.

I have done a lot of online yoga but I can sincerely say that your classes are the best I have tried - calming and thoughtful and spiritual in a way that resonates deeply despite being a cynical old soul who hates "woo woo" nonsense. I would love to see more yin classes from you. Thank you.
