Hatha Yoga Class 1321
This gentle class is for easing back tension and finding new mobility. A great class to do when you are feeling tight or simply at the end of a long day or after a strong workout. Grab a couple of Yoga blocks/bricks (or thick books) and a small pillow. Enjoy :)
