Practice Sun Salutations A and B followed by a few deep leg stretches while paying special attention to the eyes and gaze. How we use our eyes during our physical postures can have profound effect on our yoga practice. Focusing the eyes allows for greater concentration, less comparison, sets intention and influences the movements of our spine. Try and see ;o)
