A strong and dynamic sequence that focuses on inversions - arm balancing, headstand and shoulder stand. You need to have a strong and stable headstand practice to do this class, so please practice mindfully and use the wall if you need the support! Please prepare a number of yoga blocks (or big books) and a yoga strap, if you have one.
