In this class Sophie leads you through technique points that will help you align and place your arms correctly with your ribs and trunk in order to help you master forearm balances. The class flows evenly, posing some challenging moments for the upper body. Please prepare a number of yoga blocks (or big books) and a yoga strap, if you have one.
