Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 1158
This class gives a gentle introduction to yoga flow. The class begins with a simple yet effective breathing exercise and then, following a short warm-up on hands and knees, it offers an opportunity to learn and practice Sun-Salutations, side bending and rotation and some balance work.
