Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 1128
This long class is a combination of 3 shorter classes, all revolving around similar themes. At the beginning of the class the Warrior One flows with arm movements to express the heart energy, and the Humble Warrior opens the chest as we bow to the earth. In the next section, Sattvic Warriors - the home of balance, a definition of yoga, is explored in key standing postures including Trikonasana (Triangle), and its brother, the turning Triangle. In the third part of the class standing poses are explored, building to peak poses such as Dancer Pose, flowing into Warrior Three.
