Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 1126
A relatively gentle class that stretches the hips and back in preparation for familiar Yoga poses such as the One Legged Dog, Trikonasana (Triangle), and the turning Triangle. A lovely class that restores a sense of harmony and balance in body and mind.
