Sattvic Limber into Warrior One. In this class the Warrior One flows with arm movements to express the heart energy and the Humble warrior opens the chest as we bow to the earth. This is a steady, consolidating sequence, evenly flowing with structural holdings for strengthening and lengthening the body mind.
