Dynamic Warrior with hip openers. From a stable foundation, the Warrior Poses are creatively sequenced, developing Warrior One into Warrior Three as a one legged balance, focussing on opening the heart with arm variations. Tree Pose and creative arm balances are developed, always with 'beginners mind', from a stable foundation.
