Earth Warrior with Twists. Liz consolidates the Earth Warrior and layers the practice with ksepana mudra (a hand gesture) and breathing practice to cleanse and detoxify. The Lion breath, a strong exhalation through the mouth, helps to free ourselves of stagnant energy, and replenish our energy (prana) reserves. This practice develops the themes from class 1117, and begins to deepen the foundations of Warrior One and introduces Warrior Two, with open hip sequences.
