Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 1117
Earth Warrior (closed hip focus). In this class Liz introduces Warrior One as an anchor pose for beginner level, building gradually to strengthen and ground through cat poses creative warm ups, hip stretches through low lunge. Liz weaves twists into the practice to begin to energize and free the spine, forming a foundational short practice, and also an introduction to a longer sequence, which can be added.
