Kundalini Yoga Class 1100
This 60 minute class offers a more challenging Kriya continuing to focus on strengthening the navel centre. Breath-of-fire, the signature breathing technique in Kundalini Yoga, is introduced in the warm ups, and be practiced in the Kriya. A beautiful yet strong meditation to complete the class is taught in the 20 minute class.
