Kundalini Yoga Class 1097
This practice explores the Archer Pose - a standing warrior pose inviting the qualities of courage and strength into the psyche, as well as the Ego-eradicator warm-up with breath-of-fire brings, which clarity and radiance. Breath of fire should be replaced with long deep breathing if pregnant or on first few days of woman's moon cycle.
