30 minutes PREPARATION for Yoga Nidra. Sometimes there is too much energy in the body for it to remain motionless in Savasana or corpse pose without discharging some of it first. This relatively dynamic sequence does just that in preparation for yoga Nidra or an extended final relaxation.
