This 20 minute yoga nidra practice takes the practitioner into a deeply relaxed state. It is suitable for people who are looking for an abbreviated version of yoga nidra or for those with limited experience of the practice. It relaxes without taking the practitioner too deep.

This is so relaxing,have done it a few times.can feel tension melting away,I get lots of tension headaches and stomach aches and this really helps.should try and do it more often!
