This 45 minutes practice allows you to stay in the poses for longer and explore stillness at the appropriate edge, making decisions about what is right for you at that moment in time. You may need bolsters (or big cushions) and blocks for this class to make you comfortable.

Thank you Norman. I really appreciate this session. I'm not feeling very well and normally at times like this I wouldn't be up to doing any yoga. But this is doable and I feel so much better for doing it along with your supportive and caring words ... oh ... and humour too!
