Yin Yoga Class 1061
Yin yoga can be a great way of slowing down and begin to cultivate a quieter and more inner experience. In this thirty minute class, you will start in constructive rest and then move through some short stretches before coming into a lunge, a gentle backbend and ending with butterfly.
