Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 1013
A longer 30 minute class sequence that includes mountain pose and an Uttansana style Vinyasa (moving with the breath) and a Chandra or lunar style salutation. Standing poses like Trikonasana, Virabhadrasana II and Parshvakonasana and a balance posture. Finishing with a seated forward bend. Can be done individually - or with either or both of the shorter warm up sections - would constitute a more complete basic level type yoga class.

Lovely session to get you back in the groove - did this at sunset whilst on holiday and lovely way to end the day feeling relaxed and energised - fab teaching :-)
