Pilates Class 026
The Elastic band is a great tool to help us strengthen the arms as well as stretch the upper body. This class starts with a standing routine to make sure we don’t neglect strengthening the legs, pelvic floor and the abdominals.

I am not pregnant but get very tight neck and shoulders from working at a desk all day. This is a fabulous gentle stretch class loosening off the tension. Great.
