Moderate pace class that focuses on the strength of your core and your lower-body. All hip joint muscles are being challenged as well as your pelvic stability.
This was a fantastic lower body class! I really enjoyed the introduction of not-previously-seen exercises; which I found to be challenging. I foresee this being my 'go-to' lower body class!
