Thank you Amit for great instruction and thank you Cammila for great demonstrations. This is my third lesson which i thoroughly enjoyed. I think i will do this lesson again as I am still trying to get the breathing pattern correct.

As a complete beginner, I am really enjoying these classes. I feel energised and relaxed but can also feel the muscles working and responding. The hardest thing for me is to get the breathing right and remembering to breathe. The instructions given by Amit are very clear and I am pleased to have found a teacher who is keeping me motivated to keep coming back
